Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded, or, if the subject of the contract is the delivery or handover of an item, from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the item.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

If we handed over an item to you under the contract (e.g. a spare part), we may refuse reimbursement until we have received the item back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned it, whichever is the earlier.

If you handed over an item to us under the contract (e.g. your vehicle as part of a purchase), you are obliged to return that item. You bear the cost of returning it unless otherwise expressly agreed. You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
